Since I  got so fat over the past few weeks (at least in my perception, haven’t weighed in for more than 2 months now *proudbutnotproud*) I’ve been having nothing but fruits and veg 🙂 And alcohol lol 😉 I know this isn’t exactly healthy and I definitely don’t recommend this!! It just gives me some solace or whatever…also it’s so hot at the moment I have no appetite – yay!! Or actually not yay

Fav fruits: watermelon, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, tomatoes (they’re actuaarlly fruits right?;)) limes, lemons

Fav vegs: all kinds of salads, tomatoes, cucumber, pickled cucumbers

‘Decadentent’ extras: coffee, sometimes with skimmed milk; tea; sugarfree ketchup; chili sauce; salt; soysauce; vodka; portwine, shochu

  • Twinings apple/pear green tea, fruit tea, rooibos tea
  • Black tea with skimmed milk*** (my favs are Earl Grey, Lady Grey and Assam)
  • Frozen yoghurt popsicles
  • Pickled cucumbers with sugarfree ketchup, sweet chilli sauce and mustard***If I could afford it at the moment I would also be fine having tea and coffee with vegan milk options (Favs coconut milk, almond milk, soymilk, vanilla soymilk)

What I eat

(sometimes more or less, in combination or individual)

I know, it’s a weird mix but it’s really hard to say in general what I eat, it varies and sometimes a certain food on this list is a no-go, then again i eat it or i happen to have something that’s not on the list. But mostly those are the foods I eat, there’s samples of my ‘meal plan’ below. Also some, that show how much and what a person my age, height and weight should eat, i.e. what I used to eat a year ago to maintain a normal slim body when I came out of the clinic….

Regular ‘foods’:

  • skinny hot cocoa(+coffee) = made with sweetener and natural cocoa powder (+spices)

  • sugarfree energy drinks
  • sugarfree sweets
  • rice/spelt/wholewheat/corn….cakes
  • soy sauce
  • oven-baked or cooked potatoes (no fat)

  • canned tuna (natural)
  • prawns
  • mussels
  • smoked salmon
  • surimis
  • pickled cucumbers
  • cucumbers
  • (canned) tomatos
  • canned mushrooms

‘Average’ meal plan (300-500)

B: 1-2 coffee with 0,5% milk+sweetener
L: instant soup
D: 0,2% quark with sugarfree ketchup, salsa, canned tomato

‘High’ intake meal plan (500-1000)

B: instant cappuccino
L: 100-200g tofu with soy sauce, salsa and ketchup
S:instant soup
D: nonmeat – sausage
S: instant cappucino

‘Low’ intake meal plan (0-300)

B: coffee with 0,5% milk
L: –
D: skinny hot cocoa

Recovery meal plan (2200-2500)

B: 2 slices wholewheat bread with 10-20g butter, 1 tbsp jam; 1-2 cups of coffee with whole milk
S: wholefat (flavoured) yoghurt
L: 2 spelt patties with sauce, veggies and rice
S: piece of cake
D: 2 slices wholewheat bread with 3tbsp veggie-spread
S: pudding
